இந்திய வறுமையை வெளிச்சம் போட்டு, அங்கிகாரதிர்காக அலையும் நண்பர்கள் நோக்கிய உங்கள் கோபம், உச்சகட்ட நகைச்சுவை.
கலை என்ற பெயரில், சதைகளை கண்களுக்கு பந்தி வைத்து, காமம்
கிளறும் உங்கள் கூட்டம், பணம் என்ற அங்கீகாரத்திற்கு மேலை நாடுகளில்
அலைய வில்லையா ?
என்றாவது ஒரு நாள் எங்கள் குறுகிய சுதந்தரத்தில் வாழ்ந்து பார்க்க வேண்டும் நீங்கள்! உங்கள் கழிப்பறையின் கண்ணாடி கதவு இடுக்கில் ஒரு குடும்ப சீவனம்!
நீங்கள் தங்கும் 'ஹட் இன் எ சி ரிசார்ட்' ஹாலிடே, எங்கள்
மொத்த வாழ்கைக்கு சோறு போடும் பணம்!
எத்துனை நாளைக்கு தான், நம் அழகை மட்டும் வெளிச்சம் போடுவது, நம் அழுக்கையும் உலகம் ருசிகட்டும்!
அந்த படைப்பில் உங்களுக்கு பங்கு இல்லை என்ற ஆதங்கமா? உங்கள் விமர்சனம்!

குளம்படி ஓசைக் கவிதை
குதிரையின் கனைப்புக் கீதம்
வீசிடும் வாலே கொடிகள்
பொங்கிடும் னுரையே கடல்கள்
பிடரியின் வரைவே வயல்கள்
உருண்டிடும் விழியே சக்தி
குதிரையின் உடம்பே பூமி
சிலிர்த்திடும் துடிப்பே உயிர்ப்பு - இது
குதிரைகள் எனக்கு சொன்ன
வேதத்தின் இரண்டாம் பாகம்

சாணக்கியனா? சத்திரியனா?

நான் நானாக இருத்தல் பலம்.
நான் உருவார்க்கபட்டவன், உதித்தவன் அல்ல!

மரபு அணுக்களும், சூழல் கிரகிச்ச சுவாசமும், அடிப்படை சித்தமும்,
நானாகிய நான் இன்று.

என் நிசம் மாற்ற விருப்பம் இல்லை!
அது நிழல் அல்ல,
இருளுக்கும், ஒளிக்கும் நிறம் மாற !

சத்திரியன் கோபம், அழிக்கும்! அவனையும் சேர்த்து !
உன்மத்தம், உணர்ச்சிகளின் முகவரி அவன்!

சாணக்கியன் கோபம், வஞ்சிக்கும்!
நந்தகுமாரர்களை மட்டும் அல்ல, சந்திர புத்திரர்களையும் !

முடியப்படாத சிரசை விட, கைகெட்டும் அருவாளோடு
வாழ்வை கடந்து செல்வதில் வருத்தம் ஏதும் இல்லை!

படுக்கையறை

மறுபடியும் மறுபடியும் !
அனைவருக்கும் அடுத்தவன் படுக்கையறை பற்றிய
பரிதவிப்பு!

பருவம் கடந்த பின்
கலவி பல பேருக்கு கடமை,
சிலருக்கு அது தவிர்க்க இயலா தாகம்!

அவர் அவர் கலவி அவர்கள் சொந்தம்,
மூடிய சாளரம் வழி
காமம் மேயும் விழிகளுக்கு
யாரும் பொறுப்பாளி யல்ல!

மனதால் ராமனும், கிருஷ்ணன் தான்!
சூழல் அமைந்தால்,
இருளுக்குள் ஒளிந்து கொள்ள,
கோவலன்கள் என்றும் உண்டு !

அடுத்தவன் கழிப்பறையின் நரகல் மட்டுமல்ல,
உங்கள் கொல்லைபுரமும்
கழுவப்படாமல் இருக்கலாம் !

முதலில் அதை கவனியுங்கள் !

அகமும் புறமும்

வேடம் தரித்த
விகடர்கள் பார்த்து
நகைத்தது உண்டு !

வாழ்வின் திருபுகளில்
நானும் விகடனானேன் !

காலம் என்னை பார்த்து
நகைத்தது !

Dear Mr. Obama

Congratulations!

So far, in my life time you are one of the greatest orator that i have seen at least in media. I have been greatly influenced and inspired by your speeches.

I am deeply happy to realise 'White House' has opened the doors for you. No race, religion, caste, poor, rich, and any sort of living beings can be suppressed forever. Life is a see-saw, whatever goes up has to come down and vice versa.

People expect you to be a magician, turn things upside down at one fine morning. I don't believe majic, for that matter whatever i can't understand, i don't believe.

But i know you will try to change what you believe in, with all the cold constraints around you.
I am learning and have at least similar thinking like you at least one sentence or a word you utter in every speech.

Though media was not very impressed with your speech as a president, as there was mammoth expectation on you, I am impressed, particularly with this - 'Neither power, nor money can win anything in life. It is ones' ideals, must not be any compromise in it'. (rephrased for people & their lives, on what you said about America)

I am confident that through constructive engagements, you will make a lot of positive steps and redefine history, afterall history is meant to be rewritten by greatest leaders.

I am one of the million people wish to see you succeed with your ideals.

Interpretation

I have left the subject as blank intentionally. One of my good friend asked me to take out my scribbling in this space.

I can write what I think is correct, same for others. They can intrepret in whatever ways they want, whoever they are.

Though i dont agree that someone will misintrepret my thoughts, i respect his well wish.

இதுவும் கடந்து செல்லும்!

எத்துனை அழகு இந்த வாழ்க்கை! வித்தியாசமான மனிதர்கள்!

மெல்லிய திரைசீலை விலக்கி, விரிந்திருக்கும் பரந்த உலகம் பார்க்க எத்துனை பயம்!

அனைத்தும் என்னை கடந்து செல்லும்! காதல், பாசம், பயம், காமம், வெற்றி, தோல்வி, துக்கம், நிஜம், பொய், காற்று, காயம், மழை, மௌனம் எல்லாம் கடந்து செல்லும்!

எதற்காக நானாகிய நான் மட்டும், நிகழ்வுகளில் ஏன் சமய வேண்டும்?

பரந்து தழுவும் காற்றாகி கடந்து நிறைவேன்!

Project Management is flying a kite.

Project Management is nothing but flying a kite.

Anybody can fly a kite but not all the kites are flying high in the sky.
The key differenciation is - when to let go and when to pull !
It is an art, not a science, which requires, passion, experience and wisdom.

Every event in our life, marriage, house, children, death need to be handled with project management practices. we do the initiation, planning, monitoring and control, etc., unknowingly.

Keys for Project Management
The keys are PPP; People, Politics and Problem management.
-Don't play politics, rather manage it, as others will play with you anyways.

-Don't give up INTEGRITY for anything, thats a very rare quality, as everybody is cannibals.
Respect, trust are earned, not to be enforced. If you can't manage your boss and your peers, dont force the blame on the people & show your power on the people reporting to you. what you give is - what you get! it will come back to you within your life time. Law of Karma!

- Problem management is different than problem solving; nobody can solve every problems but its possible to manage most of the problems.

Perfection in Project Management
Perfection in everypiece of work and life cannot be achieved, whatever people do, there is always a room for improvement. Expected perfection is subjective with the situation and people looking at it, rather than actual measurement of perfection, as there is no metrics for perfection.

Boss and Project Management
Dont just go along with your boss! in particular if he/she is not a person of integrity.
Rating, promotions and money are important, but most important is satisfaction of doing good.
Dont live with the people you can't trust, thats the hell in this universe, try to change him/her; if not, make a conscious decision to switch at the right time, instead of keep blabbering at it, which 95% of the people do.

Quality for Project Management / still being a human!
Your ATTITUDE is everything. - networking, team work, learning, negotiation, etc., etc., and other funda words in the corporate world.
